Buntzen Lake Hike

 

The Kwantlen Student Association and Kwantlen Geographers Club are teaming up to bring students a refreshing outdoor experience on August 13th. A day of hiking is planned, providing an excellent opportunity for students to enjoy nature, get some exercise, and socialize with peers outside the typical classroom setting.

Departure from the KPU Surrey Campus Courtyard is set for 1 PM sharp via a designated shuttle. Once we reach our hiking trail, we’ll explore and enjoy the beautiful outdoors, revel in the fresh air, and take advantage of a setting perfect for conversations beyond academic subjects.

The hike will wrap up around 6 PM, after which we will board the shuttle for our return journey. We aim to have everyone back at the KPU Surrey Campus by 7 PM.

Students interested in participating in this event should RSVP no later than August 8th. All are welcome, and no previous hiking experience is necessary. It’s a great chance to relax, get moving, and meet fellow students in a relaxed and friendly environment. We look forward to sharing this day with you!
