Mind Matters: A Mental Health Awareness Event
KSA is proud to host this Mental Health Awareness event in partnership with South Asian Community Hub (SACH)and Moving Forward Family Services (MFFS), bringing together trusted community organizations dedicated to supporting the well-being of young adults.
Mental health is just as important as physical health. It shapes how we think, feel, build relationships, manage stress, and navigate everyday life. Yet many young people continue to face mental health challenges in silence due to stigma, lack of awareness, or uncertainty about where to seek support.
This event aims to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where students and community members can connect, learn about available mental health resources, engage in meaningful conversations, and discover the importance of caring for their mental well-being.
