Pieces of Mind 2021

The annual Pieces of Mind (POM) conference hosted by the KSA Peer Support Resource Centre that will take place Wednesday, October 13^th at 1 pm to 5 pm via Zoom video conferencing for Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) students, faculty, and community to attend.

The Theme of this year’s POM MH conference will be on Anxiety and Reintegration into Society. The name of the event will be “Hope and Healing: Building Post-Pandemic Resilience.”  The event will shed light on the ramifications of Social Anxiety after a pandemic lockdown and discussion of Re-integrating back into society while talking about other mental health related topics focused on post-pandemic anxiety and building resilience during these challenging times.
