REBOOT Computer Repair

About Reboot

The Kwantlen Student Association’s REBOOT Program is designed to help students with their computer technical support needs. It’s a FREE service to students pursuing their studies at Kwantlen Polytechnic University.

What Is Reboot?

The REBOOT Computer Service is one of the many unique services from the Kwantlen Student Association. We are here to answer computer related questions, offer purchasing advice, and troubleshoot your computer or laptop. And yes, for FREE!

What services are available?

We can backup your personal data, remove viruses and spyware, re-install your operating system, and offer software technical support. We can also diagnose many hardware problems in-house. We provide FREE estimates on hardware repairs and get you a good deal on replacement parts.

How Much Does Reboot Charge?

REBOOT provides FREE software support to KPU students and can also assist with finding replacement parts and other hardware repairs. We also offer a competitive rate of $75/hour to KPU staff and faculty.

When Can I Bring My Computer In?

The REBOOT Computer Repair Centre will be closed to students starting on Friday, April 23, 2021 until further notice due to COVID safety precautions. Please email us at reboot@kusa.ca if you have a computer-related question that can be answered while we are not on campus.
